  Extremely disappointed!! Store is very unorganized, staff is very unprofessional and store is understaffed. The overall company policy is "You buy, you're screwed" Very difficult to get assistance finding a replacement, you are on your own. I live very close to the Evergreen Park IL location and is sad that I will avoid doing business at this store. First time I plan to remodel 2 bathrooms, I placed an order online, everything is "In stock", I pay for it, and pick up a few days later. My contractor waiting for me to pick up materials at store and come to find out Menard's sold MY MERCHANDISE, that IS PAID FOR!! Now, the lady at the pick up order is SUPER RUDE, her name is Gisele. The plubming department is USELESS, the guy said he could only call 1 store for me, I have to call the rest (?) and I'm walking back and forth from one end to the store to the other just to leave with half of my order. It is very frustrating dealing with this store. I cancelled rest of items in my order and I'm yet to receive a refund. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this store!!!
