  Never even dilivered the letter to the address and I had to go downtown to pick it up. The people here a rude lazy and don't care about your mail. I can't wait for the day the usps goes under.

  Very ghetto, unprofessional service. I called to ask the agent what's the longest time it may take for a passport to be processed and the gentleman said he can't say. He was very rude, incompetent and ignorant. He insulted my accent even though I was speaking English. Don't go there unless you want to ruin your day.
